Mark Dobbin, the founder and president of Newfoundland-based Killick Capital, has been named Angel of the Year at the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO) Atlantic Summit. Mariner Partners chairman and co-founder Gerry Pond was the recipient of the NACO Lifetime Achievement Award.
